My mission as your running coach is to help you become a healthier, happier and stronger runner. I provide a fun and motivating training experience because I believe training shouldn’t be a chore. I also believe a running coach should not be a drill sergeant, but someone who helps you reach your running potential. We should keep the joy of running alive on our journey to become better runners.
To help you realise your goals, I will provide a structured but flexible training program. Life keeps us all busy, so I customise your program so that it fits within your weekly schedule. Your workouts will be loaded online so you can easily keep track & give feedback. This way, we can fine-tune your program together. You will also learn how to train correctly to minimise injury risk.

Whether your goal is finishing your first 5 km road race or 40 km trail run, I can help you succeed by building a custom training plan for your unique and specific requirements. My programs are holistic, flexible and balance recovery with appropriate volume and intensity.
My fundamental principle is consistency and with that comes sustainability. Running is a passion of mine and I want to do it for the rest of my life, just like I’m sure my athletes will want to. Therefore, I believe in an approach that supports the athlete as a whole and is based on periodised training as well as looking at your training holistically. One of my sayings I strongly believe in is: Health is wealth. The health of the athlete always comes first. I focus on all aspects of your lifestyle – sleep, nutrition, physical and mental health. There is no one size fits all approach.
I want you to reach your own goals, which you set up before we begin. Whatever level you are at, I am here as a voice of encouragement, support and belief to help you on your journey to your unique goal.
