Ultra Trail Runner. Mountain Addict.
I fell in love with running when I was six years old. Twenty years later, and I’m still running my heart out. In 2010 I discovered trail running, and in 2016, I entered and won my first mountain ultra race (SkyRun65). Since then, ultra-running has been an incredible adventure, and the sport continues to take me places I never imagined I would go.

Nothing makes me happier than spending time on the trails, tagging peaks and exploring new trails. It gives me a sense of freedom and reconnects me with nature. But more importantly, trail running has taught me that life never goes according to plan; just keep moving, and the trail will take you where you need to go.

When I’m not running, I work as a Physiotherapist. I’m a passionate advocate for physical activity. I believe exercise can prevent and cure many health-related conditions, and it’s my mission to help people become healthier and happier through movement.
In 2019 I also started TrailPhysio Coaching to help more people achieve their running goals. We want to show people that it’s possible to keep the joy alive during training. Read more about my experience with injury and training on my blog.
